Great Window Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The winner of the “Great Window Giveaway” will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The winner will receive up to twelve white double hung windows or the equivalent of such windows based on the number of openings of the winner’s residence. Window World reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion with out notice at any time.

If a winner has already purchased goods and services from Window World Penn-Ohio or Window World Mich-Ohio, winner may choose the money back from their original purchase up to $2500.00.

Giveaway entrants must be legal residents of the United States; be 18 years of age or older; be the homeowner of property listed on Giveaway entry; and reside in the geographic area in which Window World of Penn-Ohio or Window World Mich-Ohio is permitted to install such prize at winners location.

House must be in suitable condition for installation. Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by Window World or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at owner’s expense prior to installation. Installation does not include painting or staining.

The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements. Otherwise prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
