One of our Best Testimonials Yet!

 May, 2008

Dear Window World;

   I am a truly satisfied customer and wanted to share my experience.

  Our rental property needed new windows and I was really impressed by your price. Many years ago, we bought wood replacement windows for our home and installed them ourselves. I wasn’t going to go through that mess again at any price. Especially with you charging $189 per window, any size.

   The new windows were ready in two weeks and your guys installed all eleven windows in one afternoon. They left the house spotless, and I couldn’t believe the difference. It looked like a new home!

   Between tenants, I was cleaning the big porch window and jammed a window pane crooked in the track. I tried to force it and bent the balancer pin. Now the window wouldn’t close and I couldn’t take it out. It was going to rain and I had broken the window. I was really upset.

   I called your office (just at closing time, of course) and your secretary was wonderful. She said, “Calm down, the service department has gone home but I’ll get you help…even if I have to come myself. Let me make some calls.” She called me back twice to reassure me until one of your salesmen stopped on his way home. He got the window closed, showed me what I had done wrong, and told me the service department would replace the bent part the next day. I attempted to pay him for his time and asked about the price of the part. He said, “There’s no charge. It’s all covered by our warranty. We’re glad to be of service.”

   I’ve been married almost 35 years and have done business with many companies. I’ve never had such great service. You truly do “stand behind your windows”.

   By the way - remember the wood windows that we put in ourselves?  They had to be replaced again 10 years ago; this time by a company out of Cleveland. We paid more than four times per window than your current price. I don’t see that they are any better quality than yours. I sure wish I had a known about your company then.

   I would strongly recommend Window World to anyone looking for a great window at a great price.

Thanks again,

Connie Lewis
